Westcourt Place

There are 5 bedrooms and 3 washrooms in this house. I am subletting my room for the spring term. You’ll have a washroom to yourself. One person who’s on the main floor will occasionally come to use the shower. You will be the only one on the lower level and will have the whole floor to yourself (complete privacy). There is also plenty of closet space, a double bed and a table. The house was recently renovated and has a fireplace, a large washroom, and good lighting.

Distance: 10 min walk to UW or 5 min bus 24 min walk WLU or 11 min bus 1 min walk to Westmount Plaza (T&T, Pharmacy, Popeyes, Subway, Dairy Queen., etc)

The Pictures don’t do the place justice, so if you are seriously interested lmk and I can send a video of the house! There is no Parking available and you will need your parents/guardian to sign as the guarantor.
