Short - Term Rental! You are going to live in a nice condo with gym, barbecue room and a study room. The property got 24/7 Security. The room itself comes furnished with a TV, Bed, desk and closet. Kitchen got all necessary tools what you need. The room is facing to the lake. The apartment is only for the month April available. Move out time is 10 am on the 29th April. It’s perfect for newcomers until you find our own place. The deposit of 300 $ is for the key. Everything needs to be paid upfront. Just text me for any more details. In case somebody would like to rent my place for a week or daily just let me know. Weekly rate is 350$. Daily rate is 65$.

All are really friendly. We are all males in our 20tis except one and you will be sharing the apartment with 3 other roommates. Everybody is going to respect your privacy, but if you like they are always open to chat. One person is going to be responsible for you if you got any questions or need help because I won’t be here.
