I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Garneau. There is a balcony, and ample street parking. Electricity and internet are not included in rent, so the total is probably around 900/month. It’s only a couple blocks from Whyte Ave and about a 15 minute walk to the University of Alberta campus. There is laundry in the unit, and it will be mostly furnished (except for your bedroom). Heat and water are included in the rent. No pets allowed, unfortunately.

I am a 22 year old female UofA student, and I’m planning to graduate this spring! I have a job lined up at the UofA hospital, so just looking for someone to split the rent with so I can live close to work and school! I’m quiet and enjoy a clean house! I’m planning on moving in mid-March, so it’s possible for a roommate to move in before April 1 if needed.
