About the room
This room is furnished and you’ll have your own washroom and closet. Utilities/ high speed wifi are included in the rent as well.
The laundry/dryer is shared within the unit with 3 other students as well as the kitchen and living room space.
This place is called The W London and it’s an amazing, and safe place to live as its just 10 minutes away from western university. This place also offers a direct shuttle at no extra cost to western university and back which operates during the weekdays.
Each room in the unit has it’s own keycode as well as all the doors to the apartment complex so its very safe. This specific apartment is called “the link”, refer to the picture below.

This room is specifically for a summer lease, from may-end of august. If you are looking to stay, there is a contract that has to be filled out as its apart of the whole lease process.
