One bedroom & office furnished ground level suite. air conditioned, all utilities included.We also have security system and water filtration system throughout house. This is a self contained suite.

The suite is in ground level of house and you will not have to share with anyone. Private secure entrance. I work from home so I am looking for a quiet and clean tenants. No smoking. It’s a quiet beautiful neighbourhood near hiking trails and lakes and wineries. We have a small Daschund dog.
