5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house looking for 2 roommates to join beginning May 2024. Rent for both available rooms is $950/month (including utilities!). We have an available parking spot in our driveway, washer and dryer and shared bathroom between both available rooms. The house is about a 8 minute bus ride to the university and located near a Zehrs, Anytime Fitness, Dollarama, Bank… Ect.
About the roomies
There are currently 3 of us staying on the lease for May 2024. All international students going into our 3rd year, 1 guy and 2 girls (+ 1 cat). Pet friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly and cannabis/alcohol friendly house.
