I live with my cat in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house that’s a 60 second walk to Greenwood TTC station. I’m renting 1 of the bedrooms (FURNISHED) & I can share the 2nd bedroom as an office.

There’s 1 shared 4 pc bathroom. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the upstairs floor, with the office & bathroom in between. Main floor has living room, dining room & kitchen (with dishwasher). Beautiful backyard has BBQ, patio, gardens, fruit, birds & urban wildlife. Parking pad is also available. Basement has laundry machines & storage.

This has been my home for almost 10 years. I’m looking for a single housemate who’s relatively responsible & reliable. I’m game to share meals or not; engage in convos or be more quiet; etc… overall I’m an easy going & eclectic person who’s lived in myriad mixed housing situations. Our mutual comfort level is paramount.

Just noting the CAT again. Animal or cat lovers are especially welcome. He’s a recent, serendipitous adoption last fall & we’ve found our groove through the winter.

Rent includes all utilities, internet, & most streaming services.
