Hi there my name is Chloe I’m 33 years old and I live in a beautiful 1000 square foot condo. If you decide to live here you will have your own room ( not a den) with private bathroom and your own balcony. I do have two cats (one Scottish fold and one tuxedo cat who might as well be a dog) as well as a litter robot so odours are never an issue and I’m open to you bringing In an animal as long as they can get along, my previous roommate had a dog and there was no issue :). The condo is right on the water with beautiful amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool , sauna and steam room with a great gym as well. A parking space for yourself as I do not drive. My current roommate is moving out may 1st, we lived together harmoniously for four years and I have been living here since 2018. I do not work from home but I am very quiet in the mornings, I’m clean and tidy but not neurotic about it lol i consider myself pretty laid back. Internet is provided but hydro is not. The place is furnished other than your room but we have a storage unit or we can see what we can fit in here :) looking forward to meet you !!!

The area is great with st. Lawrence market, loblaws and farm boy walking distance with union station just up the street. I love to cook and I do not have any dietary restrictions but I will respect you if you do. Of course with any roommate situation there’s respect and boundaries and hopefully great chemistry with sharing a living space just like with everything else, balance is key. The condo is rent controlled and you will be paying the landlord directly through emt or post dated cheques : ) let me know if there’s anything else you would like to know !!
