Brooklyn's room

We are looking to fill 2 rooms in a 4bedroom 3bath townhouse at 1035 Victoria Rd S, May 2024-May 2025. We have a bus stop right out front, and are in a quiet, family neighbourhood.

ROOM 1 (Photos 4-5)- The first room available is upstairs along with 2 others, with a shared bathroom you would share with one of the girls. Monthly rent is $790/month plus equally split utilities & wifi. The person moving out of this room is willing to sell some furniture.

ROOM 2 (Photos 1-3)- Basement bedroom with its own bathroom! This basement would be all to yourself, is EXTREMELY spacious and very modern. Monthly rent is $880/month plus equally split utilities & wifi.

We have ONE parking spot available as well as visitor parking close to the home, on site laundry, and overall a very nice home!
