Spruce Street

Summer sublet available for a female student! I’m subletting 1 bedroom in a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. All utilities (hydro, water, wifi etc.) are included. There is an in-apartment washer and dryer room as well, which is very convenient. The room itself is furnished with a bed frame, desk, a chest of drawers and a coffee table. The apartment is on King and Columbia, and is a 10-minute bus ride to UWaterloo Campus, and a 10-minute walk to the Laurier Campus!

This apartment has 4 other girls. The bathroom would be shared with one other roommate. (The other washroom is shared by 3 roommates) The girls are pretty neat and clean, and incredibly communicative and welcoming! If you’ve got any questions for me, feel free to reach out!
