i am looking for a roommate (preferably female) to share my spacious 1100sq ft apartment in grandview woodland. move in beginning of April, flexible from mid March- rent prorated accordingly. the lease term is flexible however a minimum ~6 month commitment is ideal to start!

the apartment (3bd/2bth) is in a quiet & accessible neighbourhood north of Hastings, on a bike route and features full ocean/city/mountain views. the suite will be furnished, your bedroom will have a bedframe and queen mattress and a closet with an organizational system. 3rd bedroom is kept as an office to be shared. unit is top floor, corner of a low rise building with lots of natural light and has insuite laundry (additional laundry in bldg)& full kitchen including a dishwasher. building has secure parking (~25$/month), bike room. apartment is across from a lovely park which is just 1 of many in the neighbourhood. breweries, restaurants and tons of small businesses in the area. close to grocery & bus routes (to downtown, north van and skytrain). heat & water & electricity & wifi are included in the rent- paid @ the 1st of the month.

i am a young female (she/her) working full time. at the moment i work a hybrid schedule, so i am around the apartment a fair amount and i like to hangout at home when i’m not working. i have a sweet and lovable indoor cat whom you would also be sharing the space with (I would prefer to not have another pet in the apartment but could be open to it if your pet is socialized to living with a cat). i value having a clean and tidy and comfortable home, looking for someone who similarly values that and is respectful of the common space and will equally share household tasks. i enjoy cooking at home often and having friends over for dinners/drinks/movies/etc occassionally. when i’m not at home i enjoy spending my time doing ceramics, hiking, biking, camping and skiing. i’m hoping to share this space with someone with similar priorities/interests who is laid back and would like getting to know their roommate by spending time together.
