Private spacious bedroom fully furnished with bed, dresser, nightstand and TV. Also has a closet for storage space. Bathroom and kitchen are shared between the 2 occupants (myself and roommate). Living room space is sectioned off as my living space with dividers separating the space. Apartment is located in a safe quiet neighborhood near shopping, grocery stores and Hastings bus route which is 30 minutes from downtown. Tenant is required to sign a minimum 6 month lease available for April 1st.

I am friendly and outgoing person, I enjoy spending time outdoors especially during summertime. I also enjoy spending time on my computer when I am at home. I am currently working in the restaurant industry so my schedule can fluctuate between early and late shifts.
