About the room
It’s a 2 bedroom condo. You will have your room with nice closet. Shared bathroom (shower only). Shared kitchen & living room space. Balcony on the 9th floor. Close to so many amenities and (5-7mins walk ) from the train station. You have to pay half of your bill (hydro + internet). $50 for parking if you have a car. Gym + pool in the building. About the roomies
The other roommate is a guy and he is cool. You will be sharing the condo with him as I am moving out. He is barely home and doesn’t bother so no issues there.
