i’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3bdr apartment in a condo (i’m on a month-by-month basis) starting april 1st. you will be living with two other girls (late 20s/early 30s). one of them might get another roommate.
this is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom. it will come unfurnished (but i can leave LED lights if you want me to; they’re in the last picture). the wall has chipped painting from when i removed a poster (the management will be aware of that) (the spots are covered by the paintings now), so i’d recommend hanging something there just to cover the spots.
the building has a gym, yoga room, movie theatre, lounge/coworking space on the 29th floor, study rooms, outdoor/rooftop patio, party room and mail room.
the area is really nice! you have no frills, freshco and convinience stores within 10-15 minutes walking distance. there’s shoppers couple minutes away and another shoppers about 10-15 minutes away (it also has canada post in it). dollarama is also really close.
riverdale park & riverdale farm are five minutes away.
distillery district & st lawrence market are within walking distance, just like eaton centre (about 20-25 minutes). you also have multiple streetcars nearby (505, 504, 501, 506)
the rent is $1400, not including the wifi and the hydro (around $25/person), tenant insurance (roughly $7/person), or the metergy bill (around $25/person). you will need to prove your financial stability, so you need to have a full-time job. they will be asking for paystubs and employment letter at least.
the deposit is $1400 (paid directly to me)
if you need more pictures/videos (of the view, the gym etc), please ask
they’re two girls, in their late 20s and early 30s. they work from home and sometimes have friends over. one of them might get another person to share the room with.
