There will be no other people living in the properly overnight. There will be 4 people working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday in the mezzanine area as there is a working media firm, There is also a head office in the space that I the manager will be working out of from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. There will also be phoho-shoot and film shoots in the ballroom from time to time. The space is huge with living space, ballroom, recording studio, living room space, mezzanine, kitchen and storage space. Everyone who works or comes in the space is a creative professional.
