I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Island Lakes. Lease ends Feb. 28, 2025. Your portion of rent would be $631 + half the cost of wifi and hydro. There are bus stops nearby for the 59, 16, and 75. There is assigned outdoor parking with outlets, an outdoor seasonal pool, and lots of parks and paths close by. The unit was completely renovated last year with all new appliances. It is on the second floor with a huge balcony facing the residential street, a large bathroom with a tub and in-suite washer/dryer, lots of storage space, an electric fireplace, an A/C unit, and baseboard heating. It is also small pet-friendly. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room would be shared spaces.

I am moving out and helping my roommate find a new roommate. She is a 25 yr old full-time student at USB, who works on the days she is not in school. She is very friendly and communicative. She is not home that often as she keeps pretty busy, and likes to travel. If you’re interested, please message me!
