I am moving out at the end of April due to work and helping my roommate find a replacement for me. My roommate who you’ll be staying with is in his late 20s and works as a project coordinator, he also works at a restaurant on the weekends. He’s easygoing, respectful and easy to get along with. We’re looking for a young professional who is also easygoing and willing to collaborate on household chores and responsibilities.
