The duplex is situated in a central part of Colwood, a 10-minute walk from a bus exchange station with connections to downtown and Uvic. There is a direct walking trail to RRU, about a 10-minute walk. The location is also about a 15-minute walk away from Esquimalt lagoon, and within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. This room is 15ft by 9ft with a closet of 35in by 64in. This room comes unfurnished, but comes with one parking spot and access to storage in the basement; you will also have access to the yard, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
