Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my month-to-month room for April 1st. March 31st move in is very possible. The apartment is directly overlooking Jacques-Cartier Park and the Rideau river, the view is truly one of a kind, easily the best overlook of any apartment I have lived in. From the balcony you look over the river with a direct center view of parliament. The room is very spacious and has it’s own temperature controls. The desk in the photo is 8ft long for reference. The kitchen is equipped with a modern new dishwasher, a quality stove, a large fridge, and cabinets with plenty of space for any chef. The living room is large, with one wall being entirely mirrored floor to ceiling. There is enough seating for 8 people, however the space is usually vacant. There’s limited fitness equipment that the other roommate also shares. The roommate is the cleanest most respectful man you can find. If I wasn’t moving 5 hours away, I would not be leaving this place behind anytime soon. The bus stop is a mere 5 minute walk and can bring you directly into Ottawa or Gatineau. Anyone applying must be employed or in school full time. I am currently not working as I prepare to move, so I can show the room anytime. There is one roommate, a 28 year old male carpenter, who is exceptionally kind and respectful. I am a very reserved person and enjoy my quiet time, and I have never had any issues with him. He works a consistent 8-4 job, and is very understanding and flexible for any needs may come up, and he is always willing to help out in any way he can. He is the cleanest roommate I’ve ever had, and I have never had to worry about any dishes piling up or bad odor or poor bathroom hygiene.
