I am the owner and reside in Vancouver. Reach out to me for site access arrangements. I rent out 2 other rooms upstairs. I work for the Gov’t of Canada (RCMP) There is a property manager in the house (Ruth) and she takes care of the house. They all are upstairs, however, you would share the laundry space and the upstairs kitchen for oven sharing.
