Looking for a roommate to move in 1st of April. Unfortunately my roommate is moving back home.

2 bed 1 bath, street parking with laundry included, and big back yard. Room is unfurnished.

I will be living in the unit with my big dog so have to be okay with pets - other pets allowed if they can get along. NO cats my pup has a prey drive.

$900 plus 30% utilities (half is usually $60-70) and internet (around $40). Also have to pay $450 damage deposit upon move in. Both our names will be on the lease.

Female preferred but open to Men as long as you’re clean and quiet.

I’m a big homebody - No partying or drinking, work long days and come home to hangout. Just looking for someone who’s chill and can get along with.

I’m a 24 female and I work as a car salesman in Abbotsford. Work long days 5 days a week and when i’m home i’m chilling in my room or out doing something fun. I love to cook, watch Netflix and thrifting. My dog is a XL American bully weighing in at 120lbs. Super sweet and loveable he’ll definitely love to cuddle. The house is furnished but the bedroom is not. The landlord is awesome and the place is pretty quiet.

I smoke weed but nothing else, not really a big drinker either. I’m hoping to have someone who’s chill, clean and quiet.
