This condo is a 10 minute walk to square one. It’s a fairly new building (2021). It has a gym, a basketball court, rock climbing area, badmington / tennis court and a workspace. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit so you’ll have your own washroom. There are restaurants, convenience stores, family clinic, dentist clinic etc within 2-5 mins walking distance.

Hi, I’m a female working professional who works remotely. I’m peaceful and like to tidy up after myself. I don’t smoke or have any pets so I’m looking for someone who also doesn’t smoke or have any pets. I love to sing, binge series and sometimes, I host my friends but I’ll be respectful of your space. The deposit is just the first and last month’s rent.
