Jeff's room

Looking for an individual person to move in. Location in Sackvile is in a quite neighborhood. Property has been rented by me and 2 of my friends for about 6 years now, however with one of them leaving we need a replacement. We rent the top part of a house and the room he is currently in will soon be vacant. His room will not be furnished, however the rest of the house is. Rent includes heat, power and elextricity. No pets, no smoking and for the sake of the neighbors who live below us (great people by the way) we try to keep it quite around 8pm. While it has a driveway it is shared so parking on the street is required for 2 people (however in the case of a parking ban it is possible to squeeze 4 cars in). Bus stop near by if needed and we’re withing walking distance of a sobeys. Has a front and back lawn that requires maintenance shared between us.

2 males in there early 30’s. We both like video games. We are not partyers and we dont smoke or drink. We are pretty chill and are looking for someone chill. We tend to keep in our rooms but we do gather in the living room to hang out and play games.
