The House Itself: Two-story house: Downstairs is where both bedrooms are, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a living space, guest bathroom, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (pots, utensils, blender, etc..) for anyone who loves to cook. It’s got a brand-new cooking range, lots of cupboard and pantry space, and a fridge that can fit an army’s worth of food.

Internet: Super-fast 500mb/s Wi-Fi because we all know how frustrating slow internet can be.

The Neighbourhood: Peaceful area, just under Trinity Bellwoods Park, but the great thing is we’re just a 5-10 minute walk from bars and clubs on King Street or Ossignton. There’s also lots of gyms and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk.

Ideal Roommate:

I’m looking for someone who values cleanliness and can keep our shared spaces tidy. It’s important that we’re both on the same page when it comes to maintaining a clean and comfortable home.

Being active and goal-oriented is a big part of my life, and I’d love to live with someone who shares a similar approach. Whether it’s focusing on studies, work, or personal interests, a balanced lifestyle is key.

I’m a final-year student at TMU, currently working as a data analyst. My life is active and balanced – I love playing sports (football, basketball, snowboarding) and hiking. On weekends I’m usually spending time with friends/family, working out, unwinding with a good book or movie, or learning programming languages. I’m ambiverted, so I love socializing but also value my time alone. One of my passions is cooking - I’m big on meal prepping and trying dishes from different cuisines. As for living arrangements, I’m super tidy and respectful of other’s space.
