There is parking here but it is not included in the rent, it is extra. There is a pool here, sauna, gym, 24-hour laundry room card service), garbage shoot on each floor, outdoor barbeque and social room free for use), the room must be booked for extended hours there is a fee) convenience store on site. ( I have a cat here already, must be animal friendly), public library located across the street, First and last months required. References required. Your current and prior landlord information is required. Credit check required. Non smokers, Non vapors, and non drug users only. I am immunocompromised and fully vaccinated.
