Hello everyone! I’m looking for 2-3 roommates (male/ female) to share a 3 BHK apartment at “The Village” at Southgate. Available from May 1st, 2024.
Details: Bedrooms: 3 Bathroom: 1.5 Rent: 500-600 CAD per month, including utilities
It is located right behind the Southgate mall and just an 6 minute walk to the LRT station. There is a recreation center right in front of the apartment which has a gym, games room, swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Safeway is a 5 minute walk away and the University of Alberta is just 15 minutes away. DM me for further details.

I am an international student from Bangalore, India studying at the University of Alberta. Currently I stay with two roommates who will be moving out for their internships. I am looking for roommates to share this apartment.
