Private Bedroom available for $900 with all utilities (internet, electricity, water, heating) included, your own bathroom, and a outdoor parking spot.

The apartment is VERY SPACIOUS and already partly furnished. I moved here in January and I’m still adding furniture so you’re welcome to bring whatever you have as well. Bedroom already has a double bed (you can remove it if you’d like).

Multiple bus stations within a 5 minute walk that have direct routes to Century Park Transit Centre (20 mins via bus; 10 mins driving).

The only requirement is someone who is willing to keep the common spaces and their bathroom clean. I’m very social and open to all kinds of personalities and lifestyles.

I’m a young professional who works mostly from home so I’ll be around during the day. Outside of work, I live a very active physical and social life and spend most nights out of the house. I’m very clean, outgoing, and social.
