About the roomies
Hey everyone, my name is Ian. I’m an Aquatic Biologist living in Victoria and I’m looking to rent out two rooms in my condo. Though I’m not living there, I’d like to get two quality people to reside there as the building is very family-oriented and quiet so I am looking to meet whoever is interested through a more personal setting here. Preferably, I’m looking to rent these rooms by April 1st, but will be willing to delay to the 15th for the right people. - Monthly rent: $1200 per room which includes water, garbage disposal and recycling, 1 shared parking space (other parking is very close by), and separate storage unit to be shared.
- Tenants must obtain tenant insurance
- Damage deposit: 50% of 1 month’s rent from each person
- Minimum 1 year lease preferred
- Tenants will be responsible for setting up their own hydro, internet, cable services and/or other personal-use services. A thorough reference check and credit check will be conducted on any prospective tenants. If interested, please introduce yourself
