This unit is available from April 27 to August 20.
A breakfast plan of a value of $1275 will be given out for free if one signs the contract.
A part of the last month’s rent must be paid before moving in, which will work as a deposit and then be deducted from your last month’s rent. ($1000 when moving in, $900 in August)
