OFFERING: SHORT-TERM SUBLET. 1 furnished room in a 2 bedroom -1 bathroom apartment.

AVAILABILITY: April 15 - June 15, 2024. Move-in and move-out dates might be flexible depending on needs. I will be traveling and am yet to confirm exact dates. Might be available until July 1/15.

PRICE: $1100 (inclusive of utilities & internet)

LOCATION: Roncesvalles/West End; 5 min ride/ 12 min walk to Dundas West Station & UP/ GO Station; Streetcar stop is right outside the apartment. A lively and diverse neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bookstores, unique shops, convenience stores to get your local produce: fruits, vegetables and flowers, and a movie theater (Revue Cinema). Near Sorauren Park, High Park, Parkdale, Sunnyside/ Lake Ontario, and the Junction.

RENTAL TERMS: You will be an off-lease temporary roommate. Rent will be paid to myself, the current leaseholder. There will be a written roommate agreement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Accessibility - one flight of stairs to enter the apartment. The room is furnished with a queen size bed on a raised bed frame. Large window, large 6 drawer dresser, and small side table. The closet may not be available for use as I will put my personal belongings inside for storage. SHARED SPACES: Kitchen is a bit small but with all the basics. Bathroom has a nice skylight over the shower, no bathtub. The living room has a cute bay window/ seating area; french doors; and a desk/ work station that you may use.
