Faith's room

I am renting a room in my lovely 2 bed daylight basement suite on Capitol Hill. It’s close to the bus route, grocery store, and only 1 bus from downtown. The suite features laundry, shared washroom, cozy living room and a bar area. I also have my own patio and 1 off street parking spot for my new roommate

I’m a 20 year old who works full time in the horse industry. I work early mornings and usually work till late in the day meaning I’m not home often. I would like someone who enjoys having company over and is willing to spend time gardening, hosting parties and just hanging out. There is a possibility of a cat coming into the home, he’s friendly and talkative. The landlords are sweet and are gone most of the summer months.
