The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, in-unit laundry, a freshly renovated kitchen, and a backyard with a BBQ.

We recently acquired brand new appliances, such as 11 in-1 Ninja Foodie and Ninja Processor, and we are in the process of acquiring a smart water dispenser and a freezer separate from the main fridge.

The room for rent comes with spacious, brand-new closets. If needed, we can add a bed and a desk :)

We are two Chilean friends who have reunited here in Montreal. We ended up joining efforts and rented this massive, beautifully renovated apartment with a backyard in the Plateau, and we are currently looking for our third roommate!

I am Ignacio, 24, and I have lived in Montreal for the past 6 years. I speak English and French, and my native language is Spanish. Currently, I am finishing a technical program at Dawson College (Community, Recreation & Leadership Training), and I work full-time as a mechanic supervisor for BIXI. Given that I mainly work and study, I don’t spend too much time at home, but I am always down to sharing a couple of drinks or meals with friends! Having a clean space is crucial to me. Lastly, I just started learning how to produce my own beats with an SP404 :)

I am Pablo, 34, I have been living in Montreal for the past 6 months. I am currently validating my Chilean degree in commerce, and, as of now, I am mainly focusing on language learning (English & French) while working part-time. I love playing guitar and bass, I am a gymrat and I am very excited to explore the city!
