Hi everyone! I have a room and bathroom available to rent in a 2bed2bath apartment! The top floor apartment is located in South Jubilee off of Fort St, one block away from Oak Bay Ave, and accessible to numerous bus stops that go downtown and to UVic/Camosun within minutes (15,14,11,5,2). There are grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops etc steps away. The rent includes all utilities - heat, water, hydro, WIFI, and there are two laundry rooms on each floor of the building.

The bedroom available is roomy and bright with large windows facing north. The room includes a double bed, desk, bedside table, a large wardrobe and walk in closet. You have your own separate bathroom with a shower/bath, and lots of space to store your toiletries.

The rest of the apartment will be shared with Gabby (4th year UVic student) who is an amazing roommate and I will be sad to part with. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the living room is also fully furnished and there is a Roku TV included. There is also a balcony!

The building has a no smoke no pet policy!
