Ryan's room

The house is in the cook and hillside area. Close to bus routes, hillside mall and walking distance to Camosun Lansdowne. It’s about a 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a 40 minute walk. The street is very quiet and there is a HUGE backyard with a garden, that I love to share. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms but we only rent out 3. The room is on the top floor on the street side. It’s a large room, measuring about 12’*15’. The bathroom upstairs is shared with the other bedroom that is up there. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms (rented to 1 tenant), another bathroom with the shared laundry, a fully furnished kitchen with new appliances and a fully furnished living room.

I’m Ryan and I own the house. I’m 41 years old and have lived here since 2009. I’m a Brewer and am up early in the morning. I like cooking, gardening and watching movies. The other roommate is in his late 20s, is a nurse and a tattoo artist. He uses his second room as a tattoo studio. We also have a cat named Joe who is pretty elusive, but is also quite the character. We are very chill and tidy and looking for someone who is the same.
