RENT: Located on the top floor, there are three private rooms available to rent; Two moderate-sized bedrooms with a bed and desk for $950 each, and one master bedroom with a bed, desk, and en suite bathroom for $1100. Or rented as a group for $3000. Available from May 1st - August 31st
UTILITIES: Utilities cost an average of $50 per person. This includes access to a kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, shower and tub.
LOCATION: This house is located within a 25-minute walk from UVic, an 11-minute walk to the ocean, and a 30-minute walk from all other amenities at Tuscany Village (Thrifties, Subway, Liquor Store, etc.). This house is located close to the 11, 12, 26, 27, and 28 bus routes to take you everywhere you need to go. This location includes a lot of on-street parking for those with vehicles.
