The room will be available by May 1st! The room is located downstairs. The bathroom and kitchen will share with another two more students.

The cost is $550 per month utilities included (included: utilities, laundry, hydro, Electricity, AC, Free wifi).

The room is fully furnished (single size bed and mattress , table, chair, study light, closets), and quiet environment.
