Available Date: May 1st, 2024 (potential for earlier move in can be discussed!)

Price: $1168 + half of utilities/internet/cable (about $100 each). Total unit rent is $2336. The building also offers secure underground parking if required for $150 per month.

Location: Midtown - Yonge & Davisville (practically across the street from the Davisville subway station!)

Rental Terms: Month to month & off-lease roommate - rent will be paid to me and I will pay the landlord. This is not covered by the RTA. Ideally looking for someone who would like to stay long term. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
