Glynde Avenue

I’m not sure why roomies lists this area as Brentwood Park, it is located one black from hastings street in Burnaby Heights/Capitol Hill.

The space is large and bright, located in a great neighborhood with a gorgeous panoramic view of the city and mountains. When the day is clear you can see all the way to the Burrard inlet. The property has a massive deck that we are anticipating having a great summer on. We have a little fire pit and have patio furniture coming ahead of the nice weather. Ample storage, parking, in suite laundry, a working fireplace, and a dishwasher. At current the walls and space are a little bare (we both recently broke up with our partners that we lived with and are starting over) but we are working on it, the good news is that whoever moves in will have the ability to help us establish the space and make it theirs if they’d like.

We are two girls in our early 30s, best friends. We love watching bad reality tv shows together over a charcuterie board (Babs is the queen of snacks). We are quiet during the week as we both work 9-5 jobs but occasionally like to have a few friends over on the weekend to watch a movie or the ufc ppv. I have a bunch of DIY projects and crafts planned for the summer and am fully invested in my nesting era. We are hoping to have a roommate who is around our age and wants to be friends. We have two cats named Astrid and Woof. We are open to taking on one more cat if that cat has a proven track record of being around other cats. We’re LGBTQA friendly and we both smoke weed. I’ve been sober for the last 4 years but babs is not and I do not mind people drinking in the house at all (within reason, please don’t be a shitty drunk lol). Smoking is permitted on the deck /outside areas by our landlord.
