There are three people currently living here my roommate is moving out in July for a job in BC. There is a 31 year old woman who lives in the loft second floor. There is a 25 yr old man who lives on the mainfloor. No one shares a bathroom we each have our own. We require a non refundable $250 deposit for the key and fob to add you to the lease. No other deposits necessary. Room has 10 ft ceilings and large windows. Large closet as well.
