Josee's room

Is a 3 floor apartment/5 plex located in st. Vital, about a 10 minute walk to the st vital mall. With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom located upstairs, a sizeable kitchen, half bath and living room located on the main floor, and a rec room in the basement with a washer and dryer.

We are 2 students both 18 years old and in our first year of school, I study at red river college, my roommate studies at the u of m. We are both laid back and are respectful of people’s boundaries, we like to keep our space clean.
