This place is a 4 month lease for the spring term. This 591 square ft apartment costs $2000/month ($1000 per person) for 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom that are fully furnished. The utilities that are offered include gas, air conditioning, microwave, on-site laundry, oven and stove, and a dishwasher. Included in rent payment are heat, water, and wifi/ internet. However, not included in rent payment is electricity (which costs us an additional 35 a month). No smoking or pets. A 13 walk from the University of Waterloo; 6 minute walk from Laurier University; and a 3 minute walk from the bus stop (bus numbers 12, 19, and 29).

My roommate and I are current in our second year of mechanical engineering at the University of Waterloo.
