Hello. My property is located at 14623 91 Ave Edmonton AB. I’m the owner of the home and the main floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. I’m a 34 year old professional and i work shift work in edmonton and i live out of town on days off. So I’m only at the house for half the time.
