• AVAILABLE ASAP - MOVE IN APRIL 23 - MAY 1 * The room is well lit and there is a church nearby. Wellesley station and Bay station are both a 7 minute walk away. From U of T it is a 20 min ish walk, from other downtown universities it’ll probably be the same. I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease over the summer only. So an ideal candidate would be female university student friendly, clean who wants to stay for the summer only. I also have a twin sized mattress that you can have for free, if you have a twin sized bed frame. The apartment is unfurnished.

My roommate is a 2nd year university student studying architecture & physics. She will be out of the apartment for majority of the summer so you’d get the apartment to yourself. You would be taking my room while she has the second room (in the living room)
