UNIT: You will live in the Master Bedroom (with private bathroom) in a 2 Bed 2 Bath condo.
AVAILABLE DATE: April 1st to Aug 20th. Flexible, can also consider month by month for a minimum of two months. PRICE: $1,500 monthly.
LOCATION: 15 Fort York Blvd. Condo is located at a 10min walk from Union station, and 5min walk from CN Tower. The view from the room is harbour front and the lake with plenty of sunshine and amazing night view of downtown. FURNITURE: bed+mattress, can arrange a table and chair if needed
BUILDING AMENITIES: Gym, Multi purpose room (table tennis, snooker, foosball), Outdoor terrace, Jacuzzi, Swimming pool.

About the roomies
This condo will be shared with 2 other people (Indian males, from Mumbai) – one living in the other room and one in the hall (attached kitchen). One of them is a Machine Learning Engineer and the other is a student. Both avoid partying at home, making noise and value each other’s privacy. They like to keep the kitchen, balcony and common areas clean. They are vegetarians but are okay with you cooking non-vegetarian food as long as you keep the kitchen clean.
