Currently looking for a roommate to share a two bed/two bath apartment located on the Westside in the newly developed neighborhood of Rosenthal. This is a prime location with grocery stores, fast food chains, various services and a Goodlife gym all nearby within a 5-10 minute drive.

The spare room is Unfurnished - Water, power, heat, internet is included. Parking is not included. The building is new and well maintained. Please note the property is smoke free. The landlord prefers no pets but might make an exception.

Ideally looking for young professionals or students (20-30 year old range) with similar habits/lifestyle to myself.
