ABOUT THE UNIT: My current roommate is moving out this summer due to work, and I am looking for someone to take over his place. The common areas of the apartment are furnished. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but my current roommate may be willing to sell some furniture at a reduced price. Large living room. There is also a balcony. Bathroom is shared among tenants. Kitchen includes oven and microwave. I have some basic kitchenware. We can negotiate the use of these or coordinate on getting more. Feel free to bring your own too! Building has laundry which is operated through an app on your phone. The building is connected to an underground parking lot. Parking space is not included in the rent. Non-smoking unit. No pets. About the roomies
I am a PhD student at the University of Toronto in my mid-20s. I moved into this apartment a year and a half ago. I am originally from Western Canada, and I am happy to welcome a roommate from any background. I am mostly quiet and organized, and like to keep things clean and be mindful of the space. Ideally, I am looking for someone who shares similar preferences. Still, I like to organize small events and get togethers sometimes, and a future roommate would be welcome to do the same if they wish.
