The rental property is a two bedroom single bathroom house. The rooms are furnished and flooded with natural light. All bills are included in the rent price for your convenience. The rental room is located by capital hill, and is only 6 minute walk from the R5 bus stop. It is also a 9 minute drive from the SFU Burnaby campus. The room is available from May - September, with a possibility for extension.

Hi, I am the roomie of the property. I am an SFU student in my final year. I can’t wait to meet you! In my free time I enjoy making jewelry, going to the beach, exploring new hiking trails with friends, and going to the gym. As a roomie I am respectful, clean, and kind.
