The apartment’s location is magnificent, you are close to everything, Shoppers, London Drugs, Starbucks, The Independent, Kims Farm, bus stops and 5 minutes from the Skytrain and 10 minutes from the Canada Line.

RENT: $1090 + Internet ($50) + Hydro (When the receipt arrives, I will show it to you; we pay half and half each).

Move-in date: March 31st

The security deposit is half a month’s rent.

Life in Vancouver is quite expensive and difficult and it becomes even more difficult when you live with a roommate who is not like you. I am a person who considers myself quite pleasant and easy to get along with, I am respectful of other people’s things and I have values that prevent me from taking what is not mine I am looking for a person who has these same values. I wouldn’t say I like lies and I would often prefer people to confront me with the truth rather than hide things. I am looking for a person who is adult and responsible in the following:

1. Pay rent on time. (The landlord does not wait for us or give us an extension to pay it later. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month).
2. Cleaning common areas is very important, it is for mutual respect. You are in charge of cleaning your room when you decide. I don’t teach you how to clean, you should already know it.
3. Zero tolerance to the use of non-legal substances (Drugs), 420 and cigarettes. You cannot have parties or smoke inside the house since we do not have space for it.
