It’s a safe, clean area with several close bus routes, nature trails, grocery and convenience stores, restaurants and services within 2 to 10 minute walks. It’s a large 2 bedroom apartment, located on the 10th floor. The building is well maintained, has 2 elevators, as well as a shared laundry room, gym with equipment, a public lounge area, and separate, lockable storage units for each apartment. There are also assigned parking spaces available. $800 would be your share of the rent, and this includes Hydro, Water, Internet and property insurance. The room you would have is the one you see in the pictures with the brown couch and desk. The room will be unfurnished when you move in, but pictures should get you an idea of the size of the room, which is approximately 10.5 x 19 feet. it includes 2 closets, 5 power outlets and a window that can open. There is a decent size balcony with seating off the main room as well. The rest of the apartment is furnished with my own things. The building is a good mix of students, older persons and small families, all of whom are pretty friendly and quiet.

I’m a 41 y/o gay, friendly, quiet and clean guy with a good sense of humor. I’m a daily marijuana smoker. I’m also in polyamorous and kink-positive relationships, and have regular nights that my partners will come over for dinner/movies or to sleep over. I’m not really a party guy, so these will generally be pretty laid back nights. I’m 100% open to any questions or concerns you may have regarding this. Beyond that, I enjoy playing video games and board games, watching movies, cooking and baking, camping, reading and spending time with friends and family.
