I am subletting my room for the summer May - August. The entire unit is a bachelor unit. It has one bedroom, one living room and kitchen. There is a huge closet inside the room with mirrors. Room has an attached balcony with an incredible view of Harbord Village. There is a streetcar station right in front of the building. Spadina station is a 2 minutes walk. It is also a 2 minutes walk from U of T campus. I am looking for a tenant, female preferred. Open to Virtual Tour and then in person tour.

There is another female occupant who has partitioned the living room into a bedroom She is also a U of T student. I will be subletting the bedroom.
